Automagic Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us so we only collect and transmit the required information to provide our services.

• Automagic does not include any usage statistics, crash analytics or advertising tool that transmits data over the network.
• Automagic stores some statistics data locally on your device to show how many times and how long a flow is executed (see menu->Manage->Statistics). Statistics information can be cleared with menu->Reset Statistics. The statistics data is not sent to anyone over the network.
• Automagic stores logs about executed flows, triggers, conditions and actions locally on your device. You can clear the logs with menu->Manage->Log, menu->Clear Log). The logs are not sent to anyone over the network except when you explicitly ask to do so by selecting menu->Send Log.
• Automagic stores some identification and account data locally on your device when you use certain actions to provide the required features of the actions:
  • Dropbox, Twitter, Google Drive and Gmail actions store your account identification and authorization tokens on your device which allows Automagic to provide and transmit the data configured in the action to the respective service provider. Data (files, text) configured in these actions will be sent to the respective service provider when the actions are executed.
  • Actions for Google Drive can access the list of files stored in your Drive and are able to download, modify and delete the files on your behalf for the specified Google account. Automagic does not access or modify any files on its own except when you explicitly ask Automagic to do so by using one of the Google Drive actions. Automagic does not share the data with anyone. Automagic only stores the files according to the way you explicitly specified in the action. You can revoke access for Automagic to Google Drive in your Google account settings: Google Account/Apps with access to your account
  • The action Mail with Gmail has access to read, compose, send and delete email on your behalf for the specified Google account. Automagic solely uses the permission to send mails as specified in the action. Automagic does not send mails on its own except when you explicitly ask Automagic to do so by using the action. Automagic does not share the data with anyone. Automagic does not store any user data except the tokens used to get access to send email. You can revoke access for Automagic to Gmail in your Google account settings: Google Account/Apps with access to your account
• Accessing the web based catalog, the forum and the help pages requests the data/web pages from our servers (automagic4android.com). Accessing such information transmits information like IP, date/time and the name of the requested resource to our servers.
• Publishing flows and widgets using the publish feature uploads the data of the selected flows and widgets to our servers. We will store the uploaded flows and widgets on our servers (automagic4android.com). Please contact us at info@automagic4android.com if you want to remove a shared flow/widget.
