I don't think a 101 guide could be written. There isn't 1:1 equivalence. Triggers are most like profiles but nowhere near exactly like profiles. I used it years ago with Android wear. There was never an Android wear APK. You just send commands or widgets from the phone app.

Installed Android 13 beta 3 a couple of days ago. No issues so far.
