I got a Galaxy S3, so i hope my wish is an Android general one.
In my Android settings UI i can select "Sound".
There i can define a "Vibration intensity". The intensity can be adjusted for "Incoming call", "Notification" and "Haptic Feedback".
This is actually what i would like to control.

Besides being able to set the various volumes i also would like to set the vibration pattern.
