Wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe, meinst Du die Variable "triggertime".
Diese wird gebildet bei der Auslösung des Triggers.
Geändert wird sie dann, wenn der Trigger neu ausgelöst (Flow-Start) wird (sonst nicht).
