For your info it took me about one week to save all the cell ID for my home. When you see that the trigger isn't fire go to the trigger and collect the new cell ID (start collect then stop). If your using also a condition you can select the text in the trigger then copy an past in the condition. Goo...

I'm using cell ID to activate and desactivate wifi. It's not very accurate but it use less battery and it's working well for me. I use these two to activate or desactivate other flows.

I try to made an exemple flow but it didn't work for me because i'm with gingerbread Android. Maybe it can work on your Android... but I'm not sure. I try it again and it work for me but I'm using the evaluation version of Automagic. Anyway I think the solution by Martin! is more simple then mine and it seem to work for everybody!

That's true, I was having the same problem with wifi automation because of my wifi settimg. Click on the top of the trigger and then you can unselect the trigger. Also when you create a new flow, just leave the trigger box empty and click on the plus to link an action or a condition.
