It seems like Google TTS network synthesis is working normally now.

I've tried nuance for one day (just simple time announcement and weather forecast), and it's really good compared with offline Google TTS. After a quick glance I see that the limit applies to the API key given to the app developer instead of the IP address of each end user, maybe that's why the limit is reached quickly.
