Sorry to say that there is no "Settings - Text to Speech output", and I couldn't find the "Settings - Text to Speech output" from Set System Setting.

Is there another way?

Good news, I just figured it out.

Letting a clickable area do a hide overlay action will do.

I mean, like the "Scene" in tasker.

I tried to make a widget as a popup window. But I'm stuck in figuring a way to close the widget.

any suggestions? Thanks~
