Location is set to high accuracy, and the app is set for location permission. None of the apps that try to get this information have been able to on this s9 or in my wife's s9

I recently purchased a Samsung S9, and I switched carriers. Does anyone on verizon with an S9 have issues learning towers? I am on Xfinity Wireless, but it rides on the Verizon network.
