Re: Timeout for Homescreen
This is actually the one I was using and it worked great. Then I used a similar flow for all my other apps to make the timeout longer. However; now, when selecting all apps, only about 1/2 of them will stay selected after saving. I can't use the * wildcard, because then Nova would be selected as wel...

Re: Timeout for Homescreen
Ok, thank you. This is new to me, so hopefully I can figure out how to do that. I'll do some searching.

Re: Timeout for Homescreen
Thank you. I was able to translate everything but the regex command. How is that used with the homescreen? Should I be able to use any text that is always on the Homescreen to trigger the flow?

Timeout for Homescreen
I'm trying to configure AM to shorten the display timeout when I am on the homescreen. OR, run a shortcut that I have that turns off the screen. Basically, I need a trigger for when the homescreen is displayed. Any suggestions? I'm using the Nova launcher.

Re: Action based on Gmail notification (condition for "Label
You can use my variable logger flow to log the notification : https://automagic4android.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7285 Later find the value which contain the label you want, use that value as the trigger or expression checking. Notification can sometimes show different result in different devic...

Action based on Gmail notification (condition for "Label"
Since Gmail took away the customized label notification, I'm trying to get Automagic to simulate the action. I'm not sure how to get AM to trigger based on the Label though. I'm using condition "Notification on Statusbar Displayed" Is it related to the Notification ID? I have no idea what that field...

Re: Notification filter
Sorry, but I repharse your case first, to make sure we are on the same page : 1. You have app XYZ. √ 2. XYZ create notif but no sound. √ 3. You use Automagic, create notif with sound. At the same time, remove App XYZ notif, so only Automagic's notif remains I am not using the AM notifications, just...

Notification filter
I'm learning how all this works, but haven't figured this out yet. I have an app that lets me know when certain apps have a notification for me. This apps collects from these different apps so I have one notification. This app does not have an audio notification though, just status bar icon. I'm try...

Re: Known Issues on Android 8
Newbie user here. I'm wondering if the "Time" trigger is also affected by the new Google background restrictions. If so, any workarounds? I've got everything turned off/on as needed. ie: optimize if off, simulate "alarm" is on, Notification in status bar is on etc...
