anyway to set app level background data restriction on android 10 without root?

The green speaker icon showed up in status bar on Android 9 rooted. But not in Android 10.

Yes, it's the upper status bar. All icons in icon manager of status bar in dev option are selected. Ring profile use default icon and show up in the notification. It seems smart unlock flows show icon in the status bar, but I couldn't get the same icon working for ring profile.

Hmm, on a rooted Android 9, I usually set network_location_state=On, location_provider_allowed = network,gps. Will the new EAP get wifi ssid? My 1.37.0 on android 10 shows <unknown ssid>.

I wonder if it's possible to show only at title bar, not at status drop-down, or at least minimum size at status drop-down. Right now I neither can shrink the size of the notification at status drop-down, nor I can unlink these 2.

How do I set app level background data restriction? I only see global level restriction.
