You don't need to add Poweramp. that is just the music player I happen to use. You could replace Poweramp with Spotify if you prefer. I have a 5s delay (sleep(5000)) before clicking "OK". I don't know if the 1s you have tried is long enough.

I have a flow that seems to work in removing the warning. The flow turns on Poweramp and sets the headphone volume to 15,removing the warning in the process.
