Re: Protect against 'false' power related triggers?
I may have not explained it very well. Imagine this scenario- Get in the car and turn on to go somewhere- This triggers a [power connect] Stop at a red light- car turns off but power remains Light turns green, removing foot from brake triggers the engine to start- this may or may not cause a split s...

Protect against 'false' power related triggers?
I use an old phone in my car which relies on power connected/disconnected triggers to 'enable' or 'disable' the phone. I recently got a new car which has a green feature of turning the engine off at stop lights. My phone charger still gets power during this time, but when the engine starts again it ...

Location trigger firing erratically
First things first, I'm on Android 6.0.1 on a Nexus 6. I'm not sure if outstanding issues could be causing this. I have a 200 radius trigger set for entering or exiting work. When I arrive at work, it fires ok, but it fires again within a few minutes. Typically it will fire 2-3 times. It also seems ...

Re: Trigger similar to 'state' in Tasker?
Actually, I stand corrected. I did NOT have the plugin you linked installed, and that was the missing link between everything.
Thanks Martin!

Re: Trigger similar to 'state' in Tasker?
It shows up when I'm creating an action, but not when I'm creating a trigger.
Did you get it to show up under triggers?

Trigger similar to 'state' in Tasker?
I'm trying to duplicate some things I saw posted for Tasker, but I've come across something I haven't been able to replicate so far in automagic. With regards to the app Tablet Talk, in Tasker, you can choose for the profile 'State', choose plugin, and then for Tablet Talk, there's an option for Tab...

Collapse/Expand All groups option, and Globals from menu
Would it be possible to add to the 3 dot main menu an option to collapse or expand all groups?
Also Global variables being available from all 3 dot menus? I know you can get to it from the Main menu > Manage, but this cuts a step out

Device orientation within a range?
I know we can trigger and condition using the preset values for device orientation. Is it possible to set up a condition/expression so that if we have defined a maximum value for azimuth/pitch/roll and a minimum, then we test to see if we've fallen into that range? I'm aiming to determine when I've ...
