Sadly clipboard access is mostly prohibited now. You can test a hack like the one mentioned here:

Hi,
Automagic should already have the permission to store the exported flows in /storage/emulated/0/.
If you want to store the files on an "external SD card" you have to go to settings->Features & Permissions and enable External SD card access.

Hi,
Restart the device to see if this helps. Maybe try to see if disabling battery optimization of Google Text to Speech helps.
Installing another text to speech engine might also help if the problem persists.

Hi,
Not sure what the cause of this problem might be. Usually such issues can arise when accessibility services are used but I have not yet encountered anything like this when mobile data is enabled.
Maybe someone else has observed such a problem or has an explanation for this.
