Cheers!

Trigger Launcher Trigger in v1.38
Maybe I'm just brain dead but I can't figure out what the new trigger Launcher Trigger would be used for. After creating a test flow using that trigger and a Debug Dialog condition, I found that typing "Launcher Trigger" in the Nova Launcher search box would trigger the flow. Unfortunately, that did...

Re: The End of Automagic
Martin: I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for all of the time and effort you have put into developing and maintaining Automagic. AM is why I have been on the Android platform for eight years and it's why I will never even consider switching away as long as AM continues to work. I proba...

Creating unique string variables from a list
I can't find a solution in the forum and I can't figure out how to write the script - I simply want to create unique variables for each string value in a list. For example, for the following list: list=newList("one","two","three"); I would like to end up with the following variables: var_string_1 = ...

Re: Known Issues on Android Q
I don't think I would count on Android 11 bringing that back. It would be nice, but once Google taketh away... @skiptannen : I also have decided to stay as long as I can. The problem is if I choose to upgrade my phone this year, I am afraid android 10 is already the default ROM. Hopefully android 11...

Re: Known Issues on Android Q
It sounds like there will be a reasonable number of workarounds for clipboard, so I feel a bit better about it, but I think I'll still avoid Android 10 for as long as possible. I'm intrigued by all that can be done with logcat but I am unwilling to root my device. Just for giggles, though, I have an...

Re: Known Issues on Android Q
Thanks @Desmanto - that's good information. I appreciate it. @skiptannen : It is OK to post here, since it is android 10/Q related. The limitation of the clipboard is system wide, means any ROM based on android 10 will have this limitation. Tasker has found the workaround by using read log permissio...

Re: Known Issues on Android Q
Okay, thanks for letting me know. I'm not happy to hear that, but hopefully the actions Copy Text to Clipboard and Copy Text from Clipboard are not affected. That would really suck.

Clipboard changed trigger doesn't work on Samsung S10 running Android Q.
