This is what they replied: If you're trying to transfer apps from an old account to a new account, I'd recommend contacting the app developer to explain the situation. Some developers are willing to issue a refund for an old purchase if you repurchase the app using a new account.

The account I used to purchase will be terminated. Is it possible to transfer the License tot my new account?
