MUSIC , TIMER ON/OFF

HI TO ALL
i need help, really i try many time to do a flow,but, it seem not working well , so if possible... any one can help me with that...
i want flow ..for example ..music start at 9:00pm and stop 6:00am ,multi track to chose if possible, pused if there is notification , and resume.. wither the stock music player or any other player with adjustable volume ...with lock screen show weather and time and track...and i will donate 10 euro..for any one asked to do it ..if need it..regards
