I am sorry, my English is bad.
How can I automatic switching on/off the mobile data?
Wi-Fi automatic is present by geo-location, but mobile data I have not found...

Hi,

You can use action Set Mobile Datanetwork State. Please note that the action requires root on newer versions of Android since Google decided that regular apps should not be able to switch this setting automatically anymore.

It's a regular action that can be added to a flow:

1) create a new flow
2) select gray rounded rectangle containing the trigger
3) drag the (+) icon to an free position
4) in the popup select 'Action'
5) press button 'New...'
6) scroll to action 'Set Mobile Datanetwork State' and select the action
7) edit the action as you like
7) press button 'Save'

You are now back in the flow. Use menu->Execute to execute the flow manually and to see if the action works on your device.
