Hi folks,
First time here so hopefully this qn qill go down okay.
When I add a Gmail contact via my PC, it often doesn't synch immediately to my phone and the stupid work-around is to go to Settings | Accounts | Google | [that specific gmail account] | [uncheck Synch Contacts] | [check Synch Contacts]
...then the contact shows up.
Would it be possible via Automagic to automate that? What would be a suitable trigger? I'm not sure how it works TBH [blush].
Is it possible to toggle the synching of a Gmail account?

Hi,
You could use action Request Sync to start the syncing process of the contacts (Accounts: Google:*, Authorities: com.android.contacts).
I'm not sure about the trigger. Maybe just add a trigger Shortcut and install the shortcut on the home screen so you can manually start the syncing process without the need to open the settings app at all.

Martin
