Here is a simple battery monitoring widget and a flow that feeds it. It shows battery level, temperature, voltage, and state. Uses the new ability to import widgets. You should also get the battery saver flows in this section and use it to disable the widget updater when your display its off.

Thank you! This widget was what I was looking for. I've made some changes and thought to share these too.
This version of the widget shows the percentage by filling the circle, has a subtle color change (the circle subtly changes from green to yellow to red) and it does a projection on how much time is left on the battery.
