turn device/display off

a wish from user "henkster", and a really good idea,
i've made a flow "to switch the phone off when it is upside down".

Attention: it used System-setting action.

if you turn your devive upside-down, the screen_off_timeout is set to 1sec.
if AM detects screen is in "on" state, it set screen_off_timeout to 2minutes.

TESTED ON SGS4 -> works fine
