Maybe it's one of many profile/ringer flows but I think some of you might like it.
It consists of 2 flows.
One makes ringer silent, and the other one makes it normal.
Of course it triggers on specific time, and day of week.
I'm using it for about 3 months now, and it works fine. I find it useful during my meetings.
It silents the ringer 5 minutes before my meeting, and becomes normal again 5 minutes after it finishes.
The flows also set ringer to vibrate mode at 22:00 (10 PM), and to normal mode at 7:00 in the morning.
While changing the ringer mode you will be also notified with a sound and vibration.
NOTE:
You need to enable both flows, for them to work properly.
