There's no reason to make two flows for incoming and outgoing calls. You can simply put two triggers in one flow to handle both situations.

MURTUMA, how do you make a 2nd trigger on a single flow? I always assumed only one trigger was possible.

Exactly in the same way as you put the first trigger. However, depending on the flow you might have to put a condition to check which trigger fired up and to act accordingly. In your situation that would be Call state condition. Set it up right and the true path will follow one trigger and false path the other.
