A common problem for at least Samsung Galaxy Note2 users is the interruptions brought about by the sound of the vibrating motor during phone calls.
I receive a lot of emails which I want to be notified but just not while I'm on a call! I'm using the stock v 4.1.1 ROM and it has been an annoying issue for the four months I've had this phone. Thanks to this utility, I've been able to script a solution which simply puts the phone in a silent mode during a call and restores it back to the mode it was originally in.

Disabling vibration alerts during calls

Re: Disabling vibration alerts during calls
Here's another version which adds the ability to automatically initiate call recording, if your phone supports it. You may need to use Xposed Installer along with the Call Recording module to make it work like I did.

Since upgrading to JB 4.1.2, it seems there's a lag in the OS acknowledging an off-hook state for outgoing calls.
As such, it would proceed to reverting back to the original ringer state as the call was initiating. To fix it, a 5s pause was introduced after the trigger.
