I see that Automagic can set a specific wallpaper. I would like to periodically set a random wallpaper from a specified folder, but i can't figure out how to do. Someone know how to do?

Check the catalog. There's exactly that kind of example flow you want. Just remember to modify the folder and time period to your liking.
