Car auto sms reply

Can anyone tell me how to set up a flow to auto reply when I am driving? I can't seem to figure it out!
Not sure this area is the right one in which to be asking this sort of question, but to point you in the right direction...
You'll need to understand the SMS Recevied trigger. Then you'll need some way of determining when you are driving. Perhaps you use a bluetooth car kit? If so, then then Bluetooth Device Connected condition will be of interest. I'm sure you can figure the rest out.
