Starting flows

I have set up two flows, Kick off will trigger on conditions then run the Set for locations flow to actually set screen timeout and audio settings. Next I want to set up for an nfc tag to put it in certain modes such as when driving. The NFC interaction is annoying. When I try to have it trigger when placed on an NFC tag, it opens a broken web site instead of running the kickoff flow.
