Reboot after 3 failed login attempts

This flow automatically reboots the device if the PIN/Password is entered incorrectly 3 times. This requires root and granting Automagic device admin permissions.
Useful if you're using Full Disk Encryption, and your ROM allows to set a separate device encryption password (different than the lockscreen PIN). Strong password to decrypt the device at boot and reasonably convenient PIN at lockscreen is a good combination. Here's how to change the device encryption password on CM13.
With this flow, if somebody tries to unlock your phone, they only have 3 attempts to guess the PIN, after that the phone reboots and asks for the much stronger encryption password.
Replaces an app such as SnooperStooper.
