Accessibility service guard

I hate it when androids battery optimizer starts messing around with my permissions so i creates this flow which auto resets the accessability services to what i set as whitelist

Actually the proper solution is to whitelist your app from the optimizer and never use the "nuke button" (kill all, clear all, clean RAM or whatever it is called).

At my phone, if I don't whitelist automagic, the service will occassionally get killed. And if I accidentally press the "nuke button", even it is whitelisted already; Automagic still got killed and auto restarted. But the accessibility and several permission is lost, need to resetting it again.

That shit is unacceptible, i neither want to not use the clean ram button when my device starts stuttering nor do i wan't to fight against my OS about this setting.
