Screen Touch Condition

Is it possible to add an condition for screen touch or screen tap ??

To my knowledge this is not possible for security reasons. You could use trigger Command Output on a rooted device with command getevent to get the screen tap events. This post contains some information to handle volume keys: BUTTON Pressed-Trigger. Handling touch screen input should be quite similar.
