Limit time of execution of every action/condition

I would like in every action and condition, an option to set how many times in a time range can it be executed. Like the one that the sms has.

I thought that it can be a departures action that describes it's following flow or just inside action/condition settings.

There is condition Execution count withi which you can define both time range and execution count.
