Add support for LineageOS (new CyanogenMod)

CyanogenMod has become LineageOS (read the website for why). Can the Actions and Conditions that supported CyanogenMod be extended to LineageOS? When using the CyanogenMod Profile actions/conditions the following error is logged "Access to CyanogenMod profiles is not supported on this ROM". I am willing to test.

Unfortunately it looks like the API provided by CM was broken on the regular CM 14.1 builds and Lineage did not fix the issue yet. I assume that the Lineage maintainers will fix it in an update and the triggers and actions will start to work again.

Just an FYI, the LineageOS devs recently fixed this issue. The fix was in the 3/28 nightly for Hammerhead, at least. I would assume other phones will get the fix shortly, if they haven't already.

Thanks for the information! I can confirm that profiles can be switched again on a device with the 3/28 LineageOS nightly.
