Regarding the trigger 'Audio Volume'

Post by akhileshg1988 » 19 Apr 2017 04:34

Hey Martin!
I'd like the condition 'changes' to be added to the Condition list of the trigger Audio Volume so that it is possible to detect any sort of change in the specified audio volume stream whenever the user increases or decreases that stream even by a single audio step.

Thanks

Hello Akhilesh!

It's not what you (and I) want, but maybe it's a temporary alternative.
A "collection" of 70 triggers "Audio Volume" in one flow.

Trigger "Audio Volume"
Sound Type: [Alarm, DTMF, Music, Notification, Ring, System + Voice Call]
Condition: becomes equal to
Volume: [0 - 5 (Voice Call), 0 - 7 (Alarm, Notification, Ring + System), 0 - 15 (DTMF + Music)]

The flow (only the triggers) is enclosed.

Best regards
Peter

Hi Bingwu!
Brother, I think you did not quite get my point. Even I cannot figure out clearly what point you've tried to make.
Moreover, the flow you attached serves no purpose as regards my original query.

Hi,

You can also use trigger System Setting Changed and select a volume stream in category System like volume_music. Please note that a changed volume value is written with a short delay of a second or two to the system settings database so the trigger can usually not execute the flow immediately (might depend on ROM).

Martin
