Dropbox: "Init Variable File List" missing

Currently there seems to be no way to find out if a file is already present in a dropbox folder.
So either a "Init Variable File List Dropbox" or a condition "Dropbox file/directory exists" would be nice.

hey kintrupf i also am in a serious need for this feature.
I have made a "backup to dropbox" flow but not of use because automagic lacks this feature.

I'm always listening but unfortunately I currently don't have the time to add this feature so I can only add it to my todo-list for now.
Perhaps you can use an app like FolderSync to synchronize a folder with Dropbox.
