new Trigger: "mobile data status"

Hello,

you already have the trigger "WLAN status" with the checkboxes "on", "off", "switching on" and "switching off" (I have the german edition, so I don't know, if these are the exact words). It would be nice to have a trigger for the mobile data that work exact the same way. The only trigger I've found is the one, that you can choose the type of connection it currently uses, but I want to start a flow, if the mobile data is currently switched (or switching) on/off.

The trigger "System Settings Changed" with category "global" & name "mobile_data" can be used to trigger when "Mobile Data" is switched on or off (depending on the Android version in use). I don't think that there is currently a way to check if mobile data is turning on or off in AM.
