Shake is already a trigger, but i can't find it as a condition.
If it is not currently a condition is it possible to add this feature?
Thanks, Sam

Re: Shake as condition
Hi,
Could you describe how you would like to use such a condition in a flow?
Should the condition wait a predefined amount of time (e.g. 10 seconds) and continue on the true-branch when the device detects a shake within the 10 seconds?
Regards,
Martin

Re: Shake as condition
Hi Martin,
Thanks for your reply.
I'm trying to work on this flow...
I want to shake the phone when it's off to turn the camera light on, but then turn it off if the phone is shakes again.
At the moment it turns on the light but then is very difficult to turn it off again.
I like to put sleeps in my flows that keep them alive. If i had shake as a condition then maybe i could get it to be reliable.
Thanks Sam

Re: Shake as condition
I see the flashlight flow i designed before downloaded multiple times.
This is a significantly upgraded version.
I changed the trigger a the shake was to sensitive and then when i changed the sensitivity level it became too hard to make the flow consistent.
This new flow is a bit slow but still turns the camera light on when the screen is off and then turns the light off again whilst the screen is off.
There are 2 flows, one to turn it on and one to turn it off. The trigger is the screen orientation.

Does anybody have any feedback or suggestions to make the flow better?

Just thought it might be a good idea to check whether the phone is in pocket or not before activating the flash.
You obviously don't want to activate the flash if you are riding a bike and just ride on a bumpy road for example

Re: Shake as condition
I already have in the flow a condition to check the proximity, is the another way of checking of the phone is in a pocket?

I don't believe this feature is necessary, since you can turn on a flow that has shake as a trigger. Although there are a few conditions that have to wait for some data to come in, like GPS location.
