Trigger with a timerange

I would like to request this feature so that the trigger would run when the present time is within a certain range, instead of just one specific time. An example of this would be from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m . If the time falls in between this the next condition/action runs.

i second this,

or at least, a newer "time" trigger, that will allow weekdays and time as variables..
(example: calculating new time value from global variable to be triggered, and using that variable there, "time" will be triggered upon variables)
