Hi,

there is a trigger that reacts to incoming calls or messages. I´d like the same effect for incoming mails. For instance, this would give me the chance to store attached files of an incoming mail automatically. That way, I could save a Mindmap file (with an .mm extension) to my dropbox account, or somewhere on my sd card, to open and process it on my smartphone.

Have you considered that, and would that be possible?

Hi

This one is quite difficult since the mail providers (like Gmail) usually don't allow access to the mail data on the device. An action that connects to the mail server and downloads the mail from the gmail servers using imap one more time would probably be possible. I have this on my long list of features under consideration.

The new plugin system of Automagic (beta, ok, but seems fine so far) opens lots
of new oppotunities!

* For e-mail client K9 there are some Locale plugins (useable now in Automagic).
