Extend The Trigger for Network Type

Hello
My problem is that when I connected to 2G network and mobile data is enabled, I have problems receiving calls with my operator.
The thing could solve my problem as I think is a trigger for current network type (carreir) like GPRS, EDGE, HSPA, WCDMA etc.
So I can make a flow to disable mobile data when I'm in a 'slow' mobile network and enable data when it is 'fast'.
