Need action to set which radios are affected by airplane mode. This is available in other products. I realize you could just set airplane on and then enable the other radios but that it's not a smooth way off transitioning. I have terrible cell coverage and when it is really bad I want to kill the mobile connection and cell but keep WiFi and nfc, etc.

Action Set System Setting with Global and airplane_mode_radios might work but requires a rooted device.
