Action: Connect to preconfigured VPN

I would love to have an action which invokes connecting to a preconfigured VPN (preconfigured in settings).

If your device is rooted, you can do this using the Secure Settings plugin.

I am aware of this functionality provided by secure settings. However, secure settings keeps telling me that there are no predconfigured VPN's. I will leave a support ticket with the secure settings team.
