Hi Martin,
Is possible to add a new feature for password protection while try to open the list of flows? The Automagic service should start normally internally but when someone wants to open the flow list the user must be authentic.
Thanks.

me too.
Would be useful for my find/security flow. If they can go in and stop/remove it, it makes it less useful

This would be a nice feature.
Currently you can do this by hiding the app icon(depending on the launcher) and there are some apps in market with which you can password protect your other apps.

Hi Martuma,
Thanks for your idea. Yes I have prepared two flows
Flow 1) Automagic Startup->
Notification on Statusbar(Star Full, Ongoing, Notification Id 600), Title(Automagic Premium v 1.18.0), Message (Automagic service is running)
Flow 2) Notification on Statusbar Selected ID 600->
Input Dialog, Title (Password), Input Dialog Type (Password), Prompt(Enter password) with Active Timeout
Condition->Expression: indexOf({value}, "changeIt")>=0
Launch App -> ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
Disable "Show Status Icon".
Now this is working as Automagic Premium is running. But there is a flaw. If any notification in the status bar comes from any other flow, then by clicking this notification, one can open the flow list if it is not handled properly.
Anyway, Thank you Martin, Automagic is just an amazing app....it's really true "the limit is your imagination"
BTW. I am also using "ADWLauncher Ex", so using this Automagic app can be password protected.
Thanks.

Hi Martin,
Is any plans for flow editing with password protection?
I can add another app to lock whole Automagic but then any popup or shortcut from Automagic ending up with password.

Hi,
I'm undecided on this one yet.
Would you like to protect one specific flow with a password or all flows?
Regards,
Martin

I need to protect one or two flows from editing, but protecting whole Automagic is OK.
I don't know which method would be easiest for you.
Thank you.

It's on my list but has quite a low priority. You could try to lock Automagic by creating a file or folder called lockfile within the Automagic folder. This lockfile-feature is completely unofficial and might not work at all since I've never tested this feature. There might be easy ways around it (like deleting the file in the file system).
