Calendar Reminder trigger

Hi,

What I am missing is a trigger on a calendar REMINDER.
There is a trigger on a calendar-item START and a a calendar-item END.
It is possible to use a numer of seconds (minutes, hours, even days) before the calendar-event, but I want to execute an action on the REMINDER.

Is that possible?
