Is possible to create a trigger that always record ambient sound and if a particular event (whistling, clapping,...)is detected,
an action will be execute

That's not really my field of experience so I will probably not be able to add a trigger for this. Did you check if there's an app available on Google Play that allows to do something like this? Maybe the other app can be used to execute a flow in Automagic.
Maybe trigger Sound Level could also be used for something very basic but it will likely drain the battery when the trigger is used for a long time.

If this feature is not present on google play can be a good challenge for you (create a difference with other app similar to Automagic).

The target of this feature is device powered 24/24h for home automation.

I understand that is not simple ... take note for the future.
