Hi,

For custom widget it would be useful for the text field to have a vertical alignment option (top, center, bottom).
Now only horizontal alignment can be set (left, center, right).
For a text field that displays a text with a variable length a vertical alignment option would make widgets look more nice.

I have not checked yet but I assume that it's possible. I add it to the todo list but I can not give an estimation when it will become available since there are many other things on the todo list already.
