Add "Smart Lock" support

Some apps have the ability to turn the screen off without locking the device, based on the status of Android's "Smart Lock" feature. In other words, if Smart Lock is active and telling the system that the lock should not engage after the "Automatically lock" timeout, then a request to lock the device will not actually lock the device, but will still turn the screen off. Here is one such app:

It would be nice for Automagic to support the same type of thing, if reasonable and possible. It would be even better if there was a way to respect the Smart Lock status, and another way to force a lock regardless of Smart Lock's status. I know there is a way to do this, since currently I use apps that do both. (Apps that were created before the Smart Lock feature were implemented always force a device lock, regardless of the Smart Lock status.)
