Set an action for when "Notification on Statusbar" is tapped

My feature request is in regards to the "Notification on Statusbar" action.
I think it's great that we can add button actions, but would it be possible for the user to also set an action to be performed when the notification itself is tapped (instead of opening the flow as it does now)?
