According to this FAQ http://automagic4android.com/forum/view ... =2&t=7#p15 all newly imported flows are disabled.

For mass deployment onto more than 1 mobile device it would be practical if a flow turns on automatically on import once the XML file contains <enabled>true</enabled> in the flow section.
Is it a problem?

Hi,

It's a security issue to turn on flows automatically after importing manually so I won't add such an option however you could import the flows with action Import Flows/Widgets and then turn the flows on using Set Flow State.
Please be careful with this procedure since it could be dangerous to turn on flows without reviewing the flows first.
