custom names for empty conditions and actions

Currently, those show as name/descriptionless empty frames in a flow.
Sometimes I want to prototype a flow, using dummy conditions and actions, to be filled in only when the nonfunctional skeleton has been put together. Being able to assign user defined names to those empty conditions and actions, shown in the flow, will help with quickly sketching ideas to be refined in the future, and supports top down design with bottom up implementation.
A visual clue which boxes are description-only, but void of function, may be helpful.
