Android System Playlists: Create/Change/Delete

Would it be feasible for Automagic to provide functions for manipulating system playlists? I would like to synchronize some playlist files with Android's built-in system playlists. There is an App called "Playlist Backup" providing similar functionality in the App store, however that process can't be automated.
