From above topic it occurred to me that the help documentation of the said action does not include the fact that Dropbox app should be installed to succesfully grant access to it for Automagic. You might want to add that.
Also, actions Dropbox upload file and Dropbox upload files does not seem to have any other difference but one accepts only a single file but the other accepts that and file list. the files action can be used to upload a single file, so I think the actions could be merged into one.

Installing the Dropbox app should theoretically not be required since the Dropbox API will authenticate the user using a browser when the app is not installed on the device. Maybe there was a problem with the particular browser in use or Dropbox had some temporary issues. At least a quick test this morning worked on one of my test devices (in combination with Chrome).
I'll add a hint in the help page that installing the Dropbox app can be used in case there are problems.
The upload/download actions for single files were available first. Automatically migrating to the actions that can handle multiple files is risky since it can behave slightly different for some edge cases so I decided to keep the old actions.
